1 tbsp honey
1 tsp spicy brown mustard or Dijon (w/e you have or prefer)
3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium is best)
2 tsp ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place Honey, Mustard, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, and Vinegar in blender until the honey is blended and the ginger and garlic are chopped.
Baste the Honey-Soy mix on chicken and bake on each side for about 25-35 minutes (depending on how crisp you want your chicken). 10 minutes into baking baste again so that each side has been basted twice before flipping.
Let stand for 5 minutes before eating to keep it juicy.
I eat it this with a side of white rice and stir fried veggies. Enjoy!
